SIZE • EXPERIENCE • OUTCOMES
Does the size of an agency matter when it comes to intervention and recovery coaching services?
It was right around 2016 to 2017 that rampant impropriety in the addiction recovery industry became known. Certain characteristics inherent to this field essentially created a fertile ground for wrongdoing, which was most prevalent in the realm of addiction treatment centers. When you have a clientele that is desperate for help, and who will often spend whatever is needed in order to attain that help, it becomes quite clear that wrongdoing can easily occur among those lacking integrity.
From the standpoint of addiction intervention and recovery coaching services, it is two-fold. The agency must not only boast a staff that is among the best of the best, but each member must always adhere to the highest in standards of ethics and integrity, along with a track record that unwaveringly supports it.
Though having a larger agency would enable us to reach more parts of the world, it would mean compromising and thus losing that boutique, direct-connection type of environment we’ve so carefully built. When it comes to client care and stacking the chips of success in the client’s interest, FoxWhole Recovery Services does not compromise.
the right agency
The benefits of a smaller agency…
As a consumer, a person in need of a sound and trusting force; you have many choices for substance abuse treatment help. From drug rehabs to interventionists, sober coaches, recovery homes and so on, the options are extensive. At FoxWhole, we believe, and experience has shown, the individual approach and method are the keys to success. No two scenarios are alike, nor should they ever be treated as such.
Why FoxWhole Recovery Services? Be assured that you will not be lost in a massive client shuffle or bounced around to connect with a representative juggling too many cases. If required and or requested, I’ll communicate directly with every client. Whether I’m coaching others, in another city companioning/coaching, performing an intervention, or case managing. Clients who are being assisted with a sober companion will receive personal coaching sessions with me either in person or via video chat. The companion/chaperone will coordinate closely with me daily, unlike some larger agencies that rush to place clients with someone that they may find on a moment’s notice. We are a small team with personal experience and professional gravitas, buttressed with clinical oversight to oversee each case with the importance and active-individuation required, so those goals are met as far as personalization, healing, and ongoing recovery are concerned.
